DUMP Breathwork

For organisations

Your best women are not leaving. They are burning out quietly.

Perimenopause and burnout do not announce themselves at the door. They show up as the 3am wake, the shortening fuse, the woman who is more capable than she has ever been and further from herself than she has ever been. Most companies do not have a language for it. We do.

Why this, not a wellness platform

A meditation app does not change what is happening to a forty-five-year-old executive at three in the morning. A yoga subsidy does not touch a nervous system that has forgotten how to downshift.

This is clinical work, delivered by someone who studied the human body for seven years and understands perimenopause as physiology rather than inconvenience. It is measurable, repeatable, and it keeps your highest-performing women in the building and in their own bodies.

Treat it as retention, not as a perk.

Three ways in

One clinician. Held to the same standard as the private work.

01

Group breathwork, brought on-site or virtual

A room full of shoulders dropping at the same time.

A facilitated session for teams, offsites, or leadership days. Designed around what the room is carrying — intensive breathing where stored stress needs shifting, slower work where the nervous system needs to be soothed. Not a guided meditation with candles. A measurable shift in state that people feel for days afterwards.

Workshops

02

Private work for the women holding the company up

She stops running on willpower and starts running on a regulated system.

The same private journey we run for individuals, arranged privately through the company for senior women. Minimum six weeks, reassessed at every six weeks, extended by mutual agreement. Because the woman who carries the most is usually the one with the least permission to stop.

Executive one-to-one

03

A container held over time for a cohort

A team that knows how to return its own nervous systems to baseline.

A retainer engagement — regular sessions over weeks or months for a defined cohort. The structure mirrors the private journey: regulate first, build functional baseline metrics, then sustain. For organisations that understand retention as a nervous-system problem, not a perks problem.

Ongoing program

This is for

  • Organisations losing senior women to burnout they cannot name.
  • Leadership teams that understand retention as a wellbeing issue, not a compensation one.
  • Companies that would rather invest in regulation than replace the person who left.

This is not for

  • Checking a wellbeing box on the way to the annual report.
  • A one-off team breath session with no follow-through.
  • Anyone who wants this to look like self-care on the company Instagram.

Tell me what your team is carrying.

Every engagement is shaped to the room and the women in it. Write to me directly with the size of the group and what you are seeing, and we will build the right structure together.
